Kelowna Flightcraft has the capabilities to perform complete landing gear repair or overhaul within a targeted 45 day turn time. Our shop capabilities allow Flightcraft to disassemble, strip, inspect, NDT test, machine, plate, paint and re-assemble all on site.
Kelowna Flightcraft has many years of direct experience with B727 and CV580 landing gears and components. We recently extended our capabilities with a newly constructed landing gear and component shop.
NDT testing available on site includes MPI, LPI, Radiography, Ultrasound and Eddy Current. The latest technologies in plating processes are utilized, including Hard Chrome, Dull and Bright Cadmium Plate, Anodize, Alodine and Nickel Plating complete with all the necessary etching and sealing processes. A large machine shop is capable of OD and ID grinding, and parts are fabricated on our CNC equipment. All work is performed by certified technicians.
