Kelowna Flightcraft values the importance of training and is a Transport Canada Approved Training Organization (ATO).

 

We promote learning and development for our employees and support the following programs:

We also provide Simulator training for both Boeing 727 and Convair 580/5800. KF is proud to be the first private company to receive Transport Canada approval for in-house schooling to become a licensed Structures Repair Technician.

 

KF is an active member in its community and is always eager to assist in educating current and upcoming students of Aviation. In conjunction with the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) and School District 23 (SD23), provides a Transport Canada approved Aircraft Structural Repair Technicians Course to assist with the shortage of employees in this profession. By having training and employment opportunities closer to home, the growing available training at the Kelowna facility will ensure the Okanagan remains a leader in the British Columbia Aerospace Industry.
